Not too late for family Friday. This one is Shez and Gary - again. It's such a feel good pic though, and right now as I set to work into the small hours of the morning, I just needed a boost of feel-good. What gives you a boost of feel-good when you need it most? Family always does it for me.

Definitely family first, followed shortly (I must admit) by a good teleconference with my IBN members. They are like my family too!
